摘要:
为解决目前的含氟防水整理剂大多含有PFOA或PFOS类持久性污染物的问题,设计制备了一种环保型无氟有机硅织物整理剂。将KH 570改性后的SiO 2纳米粒子与有机硅大分子单体、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯等通过细乳液聚合,制备不同SiO 2含量的有机硅型杂化乳液。采用动态光散射(DLS)、视频接触角张力仪(CAM)和台式扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究乳液的粒径、乳胶膜的表面能、棉织物整理后的疏水性能。结果表明:通过细乳液聚合的方法,可成功得到乳胶粒粒径为120~130 nm、稳定的有机硅杂化乳液,且乳胶膜的表面能可达21.34~21.80 mN/m,棉织物整理后具有良好的防水性能和耐水洗性能。
