摘要:
以亚氨基二乙酸(IDA)、硫酸铜、4二甲氨基吡啶(4DMAP)3种单体制备得到一种铜配合物催化剂,应用于棉针织物双氧水低温漂白工艺。采用紫外可见光谱仪和高分辨离子淌度质谱等手段对该配合物的结构进行表征,探讨了漂白温度、精练酶用量、双氧水用量、金属配合物用量、漂白时间对棉针织物漂白效果的影响,同时通过桑色素的脱色实验,研究配合物对棉针织物的催化漂白机理。通过单因素试验,得到优化的漂白工艺为:H 2O2 8%(owf),精练酶4 g/L,配合物30 μmol/L,渗透剂JFC 2.5 g/L,浴比1∶5,70 ℃下浸渍漂白60 min。经过该工艺处理后,棉针织物白度可达75.88%,毛效为12.30 cm,顶破强力保留率为93.77%。
