摘要:
以聚丙烯切片为原料,在实验室制备的经缎疝气补片在下机后卷曲度高,柔软度不足,无法满足疝气补片临床要求,为了提高经编疝气补片的机械性能,实验对经缎疝气补片进行热处理,通过对比不同热定形条件下的拉伸断裂强度、顶破强力、刚柔性能、折皱回复性,开发出能满足临床物理机械性能的疝气补片。实验研究了热定形温度和时间对补片物理机械性能的影响,发现热定形条件为135 ℃、4 min,有利于改善补片的性能,解决补片在手术应用中的不足。
