摘要:
采用盐酸对膨润土进行改性,将改性后的膨润土作为双氧水稳定剂用于纯棉织物碱氧一浴法前处理,并与传统双氧水稳定剂进行了效果对比。结果表明,改性膨润土可用于纯棉织物碱氧一浴法前处理,在优化工艺条件下,处理后的织物白度81.4,毛效12.1 cm/30 min,强力损失9.9%;与传统双氧水稳定剂进行对比,效果基本相近,但原料更安全、环保。
