摘要:
采用水热法制备出了TiO-2中空球,应用FESEM、TEM、XRD和漫反射光谱等对所得材料的形貌、结构和漫反射性能进行了表征,结果显示该中空球是由锐钛矿TiO-2多面体组成,并且呈现出较好的光散射性能。采用静电喷的方法制备出了由中空球组成的单层和有P25中空球组成的双层光阳极膜,结果显示,单层结构对应的光电转换效率为2.13%,而双层结构的光电转换效率达到了2.96%提高了约28.0%。
