摘要:
    采用色媒体对真丝织物进行改性,然后用活性染料进行低盐无碱染色。研究了色媒体用量、改性液pH值、改性温度和时间对改性织物染色K/S值的影响;测定了真丝织物改性前后在不同pH值下的Zeta电位;探究了改性真丝染色工艺中元明粉和纯碱用量对织物K/S值的影响。结果表明,色媒体改性真丝织物的较佳工艺为色媒体用量4g/L,改性处理液pH值7~8,温度70℃,改性时间40min;改性真丝纤维的Zeta电位负值有所降低,有利于活性染料上染;改性后的染色真丝织物可以降低常规盐用量的25%,实现低盐染色。
