摘要:
    为了获取负离子纱线和咖啡碳纱线较佳组合方案,使织物的功能性达到较佳,实验采用50%负离子纤维/50%粘胶纤维混纺纱(简称负离子纱线)为经纱原料,30%咖啡碳纤维/70%粘胶纤维混纺纱(简称咖啡碳纱线)和负离子纱线为纬纱原料,按不同的投纬比例试织系列小样。在一定条件下,测试了每块小样释放负离子浓度和升温状况。结果表明:当纬线为100%咖啡碳纱线时,织物的蓄热保暖能力相对较好;负离子纱线与咖啡碳纱线的纬线排列比为1∶2时,织物的蓄热保暖和释放负离子的综合性能较好。
